Recruitment is Your Key
Alpha Phi at UT is a strong sisterhood of over 160 bright and talented women! New Members are the lifeblood of Alpha Phi. Through the mutual selection process called "recruitment" approximately 50 lucky girls join Alpha Phi each fall. Our New Members will represent Alpha Phi on the UT campus for four years and will become a part of an international network of outstanding women. These New Members exemplify the ideals on which our sorority was founded over 130 years ago.
Your first step toward joining Alpha Phi -- or any sorority on the UT campus -- is signing up for recruitment. Formal recruitment takes place in the fall of each year. You can register for recruitment with the University Panhellenic Council online beginning in May of each year.
